Sweater, Worsted, Olive Drab, Ski

Tentative Specification PQD 153 sweaters are identical in construction and appearance to their more common cousin, the Tentative Specification PQD 111 sweater, but they were made of heavier wool.   Only the contract tag differentiates them.  Does anyone have a sweater with a contract tag marked "Tent. Spec. No. P.Q.D 153" that would prove they were actually manufactured?
